Lisa Haskins, CIAYT, M.Ed, NCBT is back to teach this workshop, which will help you reconnect with your body and recover balance in the body and the mind.

Join Dr. Anca Sisu and Lisa Haskins, C-IAYT (certified yoga therapist) to explore the science of the nervous system and its impact on digestion.
