"My wife and I first saw Dr Sisu in 2018. I had been complaining about chronic fatigue mid afternoon almost every day. I tried shifting my exercise, eating lighter lunches and a few other things but they didn't work. My wife recommended we try Dr Sisu and get a full picture of what was happening for my body before doing anything. I loved that approach from the start. I didn't want to just drink coffee at 2pm or take medicine that caused other side effects. I could feel there was something wrong with my body and I wanted to understand what. Dr Sisu ran some recommended blood, stool and saliva tests and made recommendations from there. We started by targeting a few specific things with a plan to expand if those didn't work. It did work. I felt better after a few weeks and have not had chronic fatigue since. "Got hives?? If so, then Dr Sisu is the one to see! One day out of nowhere I woke up to hives on my legs, by the end of the day they had spread to my abdomen and arms. I had done nothing different with my routine. No changes to detergents, body wash or foods. I quickly made an appt with the allergist. After being tested on over 80 items all results were negative. The allergist placed me on Prednisone and over the counter antihistamines. In a few days, the hives continued to spread and now my eyelids and lips were swelling. The allergist recommended that I make an appt with an Immunologist. It took over 30 long days to be seen . The Immunologist, did some fancy lab work only to tell me that there wasn't much to do for the hives . He recommended a shot once a month for 4 months to put the hives in remission...hopefully. Thankfully someone at work suggested I see a functional medicine physician instead. I made an appt with Dr. Sisu and this was one of the best decisions I have made. Dr. Sisu was the only physician that was able to get to root of my problems....food intolerances not allergies. Dr.Sisu prescribed a variety of herbal supplements and dietary restrictions that eliminated my hives! It's been over 2 years now with no hives. I continue to work with Dr. Sisu to further improve my health..I am so grateful every day to have found her!"
