🌟 Week 1: Learn the root causes of digestive pain and discomfort and what to do about it! This class will include practical tips and strategies, recipes, a shopping list, and follow-up emails to help you apply what you learned.
🌟 Week 2: Stress can contribute to digestive issues in a big way. I will share a few simple stress-relieving tools and lead you through a guided meditation to help you relax and release some of that stress. This session will also include an in-depth Q&A time to address all your questions and concerns.
