If you have been thinking to get a diet reset, or have not done a liver cleanse and you want to have the support from your MD and nutritional health coach, this group cleanse is a great opportunity to re-boot and get daily support to make it happen for you! This is a whole food cleanse with plenty of yummy recipes. You will get the opportunity to wean away from sugar, white flour and some of the foods that make us feel low energy and create inflammation in the body.
Keep in mind this cleanse is ideally done seasonally to re-boot and re-start your healthy eating. You may be a newbie to eating clean or on the fence about returning for support, we are happy to support you!
You will get: our support on a Facebook group during the class, many healthy recipes and handouts, recommendations for clean cosmetics, safe household cleaning products and filters. People who took this class experienced weight loss, improved digestion and more energy, and got back on track with clean eating.
